Our Process
Our process is designed to take the confusion and stress out of choosing a wedding photographer. To begin, you will talk with our talented photographers about your day. They will listen to you and the visions of the moments you would like frozen in time. In this first conversation, they will discuss all possibilities with you and present a photography and album package that best suits your needs.

No matter what package you may choose, we supply both of our photographers. This guarantees you ultimate coverage of your wedding day. This means, not only will we capture the shot of the bride walking towards the groom from behind, but our photographers will also be able to capture the expression on the face of the groom and the bride's expression as he excitedly watches her coming towards him. You will get the opportunity to meet both of the photographers who will be photographing your wedding and an opportunity to learn about their work and their background.

Once you determined which package is best suited for you, we will work with you to help plan all of the details of your photography coverage. You'll work with your us and give your thoughts all the way through to the completion of your wedding album.

Reserve Your Date
Once you have decided that we are a good fit for you, a $400 reservation fee secures your date for up to 30 days. Your reservation deposit will be applied to the total cost of your package.

Share Your Vision With Us
We'll listen to your vision of your wedding day and help you to choose the best photography package. We will talk about important decisions such as the length of time the photographers will cover your wedding day, if you are interested in engagement portraits or other photography sessions, and the type and size of album you desire.

Agreement & First Deposit
We'll send out your photography agreement within days of the consultation and won't ask for your first deposit until 30 days after reserving with us. We ask for 50% of the total package cost for your first deposit after the first 30 days.

Check In / Introduction Call
Within the week of your wedding, you will have one last meeting with your photographers to review all of the important details of your day. Talking about the schedule for your wedding day and any must-have portraits are important to ensuring photographic success! A review of your wedding and reception location is also very important. It's very likely that we've shot at your venue before, so this is a perfect time to brainstorm about a perfect place for your portraits.

Final Payment
The remaining balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to the wedding.

View Images Online And Design Your Album
Approximately 4 weeks after your wedding, your images will be posted on a secure site where you can review and choose your favorite photos. Once you have decided on the final images for your album, you can begin working with our photographers to create a customized album that tells your story just the way you want it to. We work with you to include your wedding colors, any designs used in the wedding stationery, and special touches such as your wedding vows or the lyrics to your song. We want your album to represent and capture the best day of your life.

Ongoing
Our photographers offer amazing support. They will always be on hand to answer any questions and to support you in any way that's within our means. We will respond to your phone call or email within 24 hours of receiving it. We pride ourselves on the outstanding customer service we provide to you around the most special day of your life.

Engagement Session

An engagement session is a critical part of your exciting engagment announcement to your friends and family. It is a fantastic thing to include in the announcements you will be mailing out and you will need a photo to include in your home town newspaper. Be creative and even include your engagment portraits in your guest book. Announce to the world with amazing images.

We will send our photographers out with you for several hours to your favorite location, maybe the place where you first fell in love or the place where you first set your engagement. Fashion Bridal Session

The Fashion Bridal Session is a day of celebration and pampering for the bride. We will spend half a day with you, preparing and pampering you for a phenomenal professional photography session. Forget going to a traditional photo studio. This is top of the line photography, so be prepared to feel like a professional model.

We will work with a professional hair and make-up stylist to create a beautiful look for your images. We also recommend inviting your maid of honor or maybe a bridesmaid to accompany you, giving you the comfort of a familiar face.

This is a special session, photographed in the studio or on location. Your choice. In this session, we include your favorite snacks, drinks, professional hair and make-up styling, an assistant, and of course our photographer. Trash the Dress

Trash the dress sessions are normally done after the wedding as a symbol of the wedding being completed. It is a style of imagery in which the wedding dress or another elegant dress is worn in an environment that contrasts the cleanliness and perfectness of the dress. For example, popular places for this session include the beach, the ocean, or a pool.

This is another session which involves celebration. It is a celebration of your new marriage and a symbol of a new beginning of your life together. Our photographers will accompany to your location of choice. You and your new spouse can have an amazing time and just have fun! No more worries about keeping yourself prestine.
